As a Senior Safety Specialist, you will be a key leader in creating and maintaining an extraordinary safety culture across complex and meaningful construction projects. You will work alongside project leadership, craft professionals, and trade partners to proactively identify risks, develop practical solutions, and ensure every team member returns home safety each day.In this role, you will influence every phase of construction by leading safety initiatives, conducting training, mentoring project teams, supporting high risk work planning, and driving continuous improvement through safety metrics and field management. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.At least two years’ experience in construction and/or industrial safety required.First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification preferred.A valid driver’s license may berequired. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annualMotor Vehicle Records check.
