THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE As our Production Manager, your day kicks off with a strategic review of the production schedule and team alignment. You lead with confidence, ensuring that safety protocols and quality standards are meticulously followed. Throughout your shift, you monitor production lines, tackle challenges head-on, and provide valuable feedback and coaching to your team. You manage time and attendance, oversee final product inspections, and ensure everything meets our high standards before wrapping up the day.
