They’re interested in people who already have strong relationships across areas such as:

• Freight forwarders
• 3PLs
• Freight brokers
• Warehouse operators
• Commercial auto
• Ocean marine / stock throughput

The sweet spot is someone with $1m - $10million of premium under management, particularly across medium to large accounts, who is genuinely the person clients trust and deal with directly.

And importantly, the proposition is different from the traditional producer model.
