TheAnalyst willbe responsible forsupporting the CFO with pricing land and lease acquisition opportunities, ensuring accounting entries areaccurateand project records are complete. Competitive Salary +bonus Core Job Responsibilities: Respond to the business development teams’ requests for pricing landpurchases lease purchasesand loansfor property under operating or planned solar projects Research local tax rates andother areas of return risk Support on project acquisitions and debt closings Be responsible foraccurateandtimelyinput of new project information into data management systems Prepare diligence memos and investment committee materials Ad hoc projects Occasional travel We are looking for someone who is passionate aboutcleanenergy and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment. Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook and proven ability to learn new software programs. Notary Public or willingness to become a Notary Public. Proficient with CRM tools such as SalesforceandSharePoint. Understanding ofFP&A,real estatetransactions,project finance,or asset management are pluses.
