About the Role:
The Polaris Consulting Group of OK is looking for an enthusiastic and driven entry-level Customer Consultant to join our growing team in Norman, OK! This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in customer consulting, working directly with clients to deliver outstanding results. If you're a people-person with a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Represent the company professionally in face-to-face customer interactions
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective customer outreach strategies
- Track and report on customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow professionally
- Must be located in or able to commute to Norman, OK
