Store Manager in Training

O'Reilly Automotive

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn all aspects of retail store operations in a fast-paced automotive parts environment. Under the guidance of experienced leaders, you will learn to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and support team members. You will assist with scheduling, merchandising, cash handling, and safety and loss prevention standards. This role offers hands-on training, clear advancement paths to Store Manager and beyond, and the opportunity to build strong leadership and automotive product knowledge.
