Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary Rate: $120,000 - $160,000

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for piping projects, including process piping, utility piping, and specialty installations.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, and develop complete cost proposals.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive, comprehensive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field leaders to ensure constructability and alignment between estimate and execution.
• Assist with budgeting, value-engineering options, and preconstruction planning.
• Maintain organized documentation, historical cost data, and estimating tools to support continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience in estimating mechanical and utility/process piping construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with estimating software, takeoff tools, and industry-standard pricing methods.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to accuracy, integrity, and delivering high-quality work.
