What you bring:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience providing behavior support to students in school settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor
• Ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity
• Comfort adapting to new environments and working with various teams
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
• Capacity to collect data and report on student progress with attention to detail

Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Provide direct ABA services to students as a substitute or per diem RBT
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and supervising BCBA as needed
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies in classroom or small group settings
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and program outcomes
• Offer feedback and support to promote positive behaviors in diverse student populations
• Maintain a responsive and compassionate approach with each assignment
• Adapt to the unique needs of each school and student with professionalism
