Production Supervisor
Plastic injection mold facility looking for a Production Supervisor. Must have management experience.

Production Supervisor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 04:00pm)
•Perform quality checks, including first-piece inspections, to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
•Populate, review, and verify work orders daily and upon submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Check in materials and verify that inventory is properly logged and stored.
•Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity.
•Train, coach, and support team members to maintain quality and performance expectations.
•Assist with troubleshooting production and personnel issues as they arise.
•Provide coverage for employee breaks as needed.
•Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
•Forklift driving experience required.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous management experience
- Resume
- Fork truck experience
- Bilingual is a plus !!
