responsibilities:

• Install, commission, align, and repair mechanical equipment, CNC machinery, and automation systems.
• Perform complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to pinpoint operational vs. programming issues.
• Identify and source replacement parts required to restore customer equipment to optimal performance.
• Partner directly with client teams in manufacturing environments to provide elite technical assistance and service.

qualifications:
Mechanical Competencies

- Basic to advanced understanding of mechanical drawings, blueprints, and layouts.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to determine whether machine issues are structural/mechanical, operational, or program-related.

Electrical Competencies

- Understanding of electrical concepts, ranging from foundational wiring knowledge to advanced diagnostic abilities on complex CNC controls and automated systems.

Professional & Interpersonal Competencies

- Problem Solver: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure.

- Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently or with minimal supervision in the field.
