This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our outpatient office operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient's needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, applying evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to effectively address the specific needs of individuals and enhance their coping strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and internal policies to ensure the integrity of client records.

• Collaborating within a cohesive treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, participating in regular consultations to ensure holistic care.

• Leading educational sessions for clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment processes, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying current with research and advancements in the mental health field, thereby enhancing your skills and the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate solution-based psychotherapy interventions, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of individual clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex cases and facilitate positive outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in the following areas is a plus:

Compensation and Benefits\n
