MegaKC is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality efforts on a major wastewater treatment construction project while developing the quality standards, processes, and systems that will shape the future of our company. This is more than a project role-it's an opportunity to build a quality program from the ground up and leave a lasting impact on a growing heavy civil contractor. What You'll Do: Lead project quality planning, inspections, testing, and documentation Develop and implement company-wide quality processes and standards Partner with operations, field leadership, owners, engineers, and subcontractors Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality and accountability What We're Looking For: 5+ years of construction quality, QA/QC, or related experience Heavy civil, water/wastewater, or industrial construction experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and process development skills Someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and making a lasting impact If you're looking for an opportunity where you can influence both project success and the future of quality across an organization, we'd love to hear from you.
