Claims Adjuster

Job Summary Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Property Damage Claims Adjuster for an insurance company in Monrovia, CA. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service while managing a volume of property damage claims. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of coverage analysis, liability evaluation, and California insurance regulations, and is able to resolve claims efficiently and fairly. Responsibilities Analyze insurance coverage to determine applicability and exposure Investigate accident facts, evaluate liability, and determine appropriate claim outcomes Negotiate, deny, or settle property damage claims in a timely and fair manner Ensure compliance with California Insurance Code regulations and claim handling standards Identify and investigate suspicious loss indicators and potential fraud Prepare claims files for subrogation as appropriate Determine next steps and resolution strategies when claim issues arise Refer matters outside of assigned authority to the Claims Supervisor or Manager Attend trials, mediations, or hearings as requested by management Maintain required insurance licenses and comply with Department of Insurance requirements Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications College degree preferred 1–5 years of property damage claims adjusting experience required Insurance-related training courses preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Essential Functions Ability to think clearly and exercise sound judgment Proficient computer skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods Comfortable working in an office environment Compensation: $55K-$75k KPG123aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
