Exciting opportunities are now available for skilled CT Technologists to provide high-quality imaging services at a leading healthcare facility. This contract position offers a dynamic work schedule with three unique openings designed to suit different preferences and availability.
Available Schedules:
- Opening 1: Week 1 7:00pm-7:30am; Week 2 9:00pm-7:30am (3x12s in week one, 4x10s in week two)
- Opening 2: Week 1 9:00pm-7:30am; Week 2 7:00pm-7:30am (4x10s in week one, 3x12s in week two)
- Opening 3: Evening shift, 1:00pm-11:30pm, Tuesday through Friday (5x8s)
Required Qualifications:
- Current certification by ARRT (CT)
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven experience as a CT Technologist with familiarity in various CT imaging protocols and patient care standards
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative imaging team
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment safely and effectively to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Review patient histories and physicians orders to ensure appropriate imaging
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process to alleviate anxiety and ensure comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance, safety, and privacy guidelines
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare colleagues for optimal patient outcomes
