Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Base salary $140K plus discretionary bonus. Responsibilities Lead financial analysis for Business Units each month. Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes, including measuring performance against forecast and budget. Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis utilizing financial modeling and business analysis techniques. Drive continuous improvement within Finance & Accounting functions by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience with increasing responsibilities. Strong Advanced Excel proficiency required; Power BI and Microsoft D365 are a plus. Benefits Discretionary bonuses. Medical, dental and vision benefits.
