This was far more than a one-and-done workshop; it was a meaningful, long-term investment in the growth of our Managers and Senior Managers.Throughout the program, leaders engaged in lively discussions, practical activities, and shared problem-solving, breaking down silos and learning from teams they don’t always partner with day to day. From capstone projects to fresh leadership tools, participants explored new ways to amplify their experience and lead with greater intention.Culture and individual impact remained front and center, reinforcing that leadership shows up every day—in conversations, decisions, and how we support one another.Proud of this group for leaning in, committing to the journey, and strengthening the foundation of leadership across our Distribution Center.#LeadershipDevelopment In Colombia’s capital—where movement, energy, and creativity are part of everyday life—Skechers partnered with local artist Nathalia Lopez to bring a large-scale mural to one of Bogotá’s most highly traveled spaces.The inspiration came from the city itself: its rhythm, its people, and the way murals function as part of everyday life rather than isolated art pieces. Designed and completed over 20 days, the mural translates themes of motion, comfort, and lifestyle into a visual narrative that feels natural within Bogotá’s urban landscape—transforming a building facade near our Carrera Skechers store into a cultural and brand landmark.To extend its impact, the mural was enhanced with architectural lighting and projection mapping during Bogotá’s Night Ciclovía, creating an immersive nighttime experience that invited people to stop, watch, capture, and share. What began as a mural became a moment—blending art, community, and movement.This project wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible collaboration and planning behind the scenes. At Skechers , learning never stops—and this quarter marked an exciting step forward in how we invest in continuous, global development.This quarter, managers across Europe and the U.S. graduated from our Leadership Foundations program. In Europe, two cohorts were based at our European Distribution Center in Liège and in Paris, while an additional group completed the program in the United States. Together, almost 60 managers representing 11 countries came together through a shared commitment to growth, connection, and lifelong learning.Designed to go beyond traditional leadership training, the program blends in-person sessions with virtual, cross-country project work—creating opportunities for participants to learn with and from peers across regions, functions, and cultures.The result?
