Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description


We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual (Spanish and English) Receptionist to provide administrative support to our team while serving as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors. This role plays an important part in the daily operations of the office and contributes to the overall success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Set up and assign new jobs in the company system.
  • Manage the office rotation schedule.
  • Process and organize employment applications.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing interoffice mail.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Monitor and coordinate office equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with vendor programs and communications.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Support various departments with administrative projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating office activities when needed.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $18-$20 per hour
