The ideal candidate will think quickly and solve problems effectively. This role is part of our Service department and involves repairing, maintaining, and supporting industrial refrigeration equipment for our customers. Schedule: Monday – Friday (45-55 hours per week) Key Duties: Refrigeration repair and maintenance for industrial accounts in food, beverage, and refrigerated storage equipment (100 HP to 5,000 HP) Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment Utilize knowledge of screw and reciprocating compressors, electrical troubleshooting, and control systems for inspections and preventative maintenance Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations Requirements: Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in supermarket, rack, or industrial refrigeration systems Knowledge of controls and electrical systems (high and low voltage) Universal EPA certification RETA 1 & 2 certification preferred Pre-employment drug, felony, and motor vehicle record screenings required Safety-sensitive position with ongoing drug testing Additional benefits include a retirement plan with company matching up to 15% , health insurance (company pays 75% of premiums), vision insurance, weekly pay, vacation and holiday pay, disability coverage, life insurance, employee referral incentives, and opportunities for advancement and training.
