Key Responsibilities\nIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:

- Managing a caseload of clients—building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress and stability, discuss treatment plans, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate. \n
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals. \n
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide continuity of care. \n
- Performing intake assessments to identify patient needs and appropriate treatment pathways. \n
- Conducting individual therapy sessions each week, adapting techniques as needed to best serve clients. \n
- Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain professional growth. \n
You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Your efforts will not only contribute to individual healing journeys but also promote community wellness through thoughtful and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). \n
- The ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice. \n
- A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance-abuse populations. \n
- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy. \n
- Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding, to manage patient records and documentation efficiently. \n
