Senior Treasury Analyst

Title: Treasury Manager (or Senior Analyst) Overview: Hixen Search Group is seeking a Treasury Manager (or Senior Analyst) for a well-respected real estate company in Columbus. This role blends hands-on cash management with financial modeling and reporting, and is a great fit for someone who enjoys both the analytical and operational sides of treasury work. No TMS integration just yet so they need someone organized and capable of strong Excel usage. Responsibilities: Manage cash flow forecasting and short-term liquidity investments Prepare and present monthly cash position and forecasts to leadership Calculate periodic distributions from operating property entities and holding/investment companies, including reviewing supporting documentation Build financial models to support organizational decision-making Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools Serve as liaison between the Property Management Company and banking partners, as well as Yardi accounting/property management software Partner with the Controller to fund expenditures and process internal transfers and external wire/ACH payments Ensure daily accuracy of all cash transaction recording Why This Opportunity: Work for a stable & growing real estate company Blend of analytical and operational treasury work — not just data entry Collaborative environment working closely with the Controller and leadership Excellent work/life balance & flexible culture Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of professional experience in treasury Experience owning cash-flow forecasting and managing 100+ bank accounts Personable and professional communication style #J-18808-Ljbffr Hixen Search Group
