Life/Health Insurance Specialist

Pam Leonard-Williams Insurance Agency is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life/Health Insurance Specialist. As a customer-oriented professional, you will market Life/Health insurance services and products to help benefit customers and their families. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you help customers with options for needed security for times of distress and vulnerability.

Responsibilities:

• Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
• Assist customers with claims and policy changes.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• State insurance license for life and health insurance.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive salary plus commission/bonus, health and life insurance benefits, 401K, paid time off and holidays, growth potential and opportunity for advancement. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Monthly team bonding activities and annual retreats. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
