Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using evidence-based techniques
Develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and improve quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Florida or compact privilege
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training
Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
