Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $3,320 a week in all, a taxable rate of $28.76 an hour plus $2,170 a week in housing and meal stipends.
Job Summary
Pediatric Psychology in an outpatient setting. This role involves collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to enhance the mental health and well-being of pediatric patients and their families through crisis intervention, individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as limited case management services. The position requires adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards of practice, along with relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
Job Details
- Position Description: The Pediatric Psychologist will work within outpatient clinics to support pediatric patients with mental health needs, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy.
- Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution; licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences; two (2) years of relevant work experience; ability to apply clinical therapy principles; ability to work with multicultural groups; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The clinician will develop and update treatment plans, implement interventions including psychotherapy services, provide case management support, participate in team meetings, maintain documentation of services, and coordinate with external providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
