Leasing Consultant At Riverwalk Apartments And Boutique SitesRiverwalk is hiring a leasing consultant. You'll guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, hit occupancy and renewal goals, and help current residents feel glad they chose us. You take pride in a full house and residents who are glad they chose you.What you'll own:Welcome prospects, answer questions, give tours, and verify eligibility as their first point of contactClose leases and hit community goals for occupancy, renewals, and turn times, with a rental closing ratio of at least 35%Process applications, renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins and move-outs, transfers, roommate changes, and service requestsBuild strong resident relations by addressing concerns and driving retentionWalk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharpManage resident communication channels and keep CRM, resident, and vendor records accurateComplete monthly market surveys, track local trends, and recommend competitive pricing to the Community ManagerSupport marketing initiatives and flag local outreach opportunitiesHelp plan and host resident eventsFollow Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policyWhat you bring:High school diploma or GEDStrong sales and customer-service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)A desire to lead, on your team and in your communityWillingness to travel occasionally between propertiesA leg up if you have:2+ years of sales experience1+ year of onsite multifamily or apartment leasing experienceExperience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar property management softwareSpanish fluencyPay and benefits:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commissions, based on experience, skills, and qualificationsMedical (including a zero-cost employee plan), dental, and vision401(k) with employer matchPaid time off plus 9 paid holidaysPaid maternity and parental leaveEmployee housing discount and cell phone stipendCompany-paid life insurance, plus short- and long-term disability optionsMental wellness program and Perks at Work discountsProfessional development support, peer recognition, and years-of-service awardsAbout Roundhouse:Our mission is putting humanity into housing.
