A growing, doctor-led dental group in Lima is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a well-established practice with strong patient demand, modern technology, and hands-on mentorship from experienced owner doctors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform bread-and-butter dentistry, restorative care, crowns, extractions, and procedures within comfort level
• Grow surgical, implant, and advanced clinical skills with mentorship
• Build strong relationships with patients and the team
• Maintain a high standard of care
• Support practice growth and long-term patient loyalty
• Work closely with experienced doctors, assistants, hygienists, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Ohio license or ability to obtain
• Experienced General Dentist preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to keep learning and improving
• Interest in surgical, implant, and advanced procedures
