Most new employees don't!What will you be doing?You will learn to operate the machines (or "tools") that manufacture microcontrollers and other embedded control productsYou will learn to qualify tools and run engineering experiments to ensure that equipment and processes are within documented specified limitsCommunicate to the appropriate people when equipment and processes do not meet documented specified limitsLearn the essential protocol for the cleanroomWork 12-hour shifts, alternating between 3 shifts per week and 4 shifts per weekDevelop the knowledge and expertise to help your functional area team meet production goalsAvailable shiftsDays of Week, Hours, Shift Differential Front End Nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Saturday 6:25pm-6:40am 18% differential Back End Nights: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday every other Saturday 6:25m-6:40am 18% differential Front End Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Wednesday 6:25am-6:40pm 5% differential Back End Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday every other Wednesday 6:25am-6:40pm 5% differentialCompensationThere are three components to compensation: base rate of pay, shift differential, and daily overtimeDay Shift Pay: Base hourly pay $19.00 + 5% differential = $19.95 per hour (with built in OT = $21.36)Night Shift Pay: Base hourly pay $19.00 + 18% differential = $22.42 per hour (with built in OT = $23.83)Quarterly Cash Bonuses$2000 Restricted Stock Grant – Cash your shares after 12-15 months or save them for their growth potentialEmployee Stock Purchase Plan – Guaranteed minimum 15% discount401K Retirement Savings PlanPaid Time OffVacation Pay – Up to 81.38 hours annually.
