- Job Title - Field Technical Service Specialist - South
- Report to - Field Service Unit Manager
- Location - Grand Prairie, Texas
- Responsible for inspections and communcations about Warranty and Quality items to internal staff and external customers in South area.
- Receive and answer simple to complex customer inquiries for all Hankook products through specialized technical knowledge of products and usage.
- Inspect return tires by physically visiting warehouses, dealers, and fleets, or by doing photo inspection.
- Regular travel for company and/or dealer meetings, market surveys, and for field related issues
- Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
- Keep up with the competitors' products information and tire industry regulations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Computer Literate

- High School diploma required
- Bachelor degree preferred, ideally in engineering or science
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Tire and/or Automotive industries
- Strong oral and written communication ability
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of team
- Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation (personal vehicle for travel)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
- Located in the South within commuting distance to Grand Prairie, Texas
