Civil Engineer As a Civil Engineer at Atwell, your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, including the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in residential, commercial, and/or industrial land development. Job Description Site Plan Excellence: Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards. Data Analysis: Dive into project survey data to assess existing site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare a variety of reports, opinions, and recommendations crucial for project direction. This may include hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer's opinion of probable costs, project schedules, utility calculations, storm sewer reports, permit applications, soils reports, earthwork volume calculations, StormCAD and WaterCAD reports, and preliminary grading. Construction Support: Provide construction‑related services such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals. Organize site plans, construction plans, and construction documents under senior guidance. Engineering Software Mastery: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software packages to complete assignments efficiently and in line with established standards. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with current staff, ensuring seamless project coordination. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. 2+ years of experience. EIT strongly preferred. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred. Pay Range

$75,000 – $126,000 USD.
