What we do is profoundly connected to saving and improving lives, and we recognize our team members are the most valuable asset in delivering success.* We are here to help you grow, to give you the skills and opportunities to excel at work with the flexibility and balance your life requires.* Your ideas influence the way we work, and your voice matters here.* As an essential part of our team, you help us deliver the medical innovation that patients are desperate for.Join us and build your future here.**What you'll be doing:*** Serve as the primary medical and scientific strategic lead supporting **psychiatry/neurology**-focused clinical study opportunities, including business development and proposal support, and bid defense meetings.* Act as the go to medical expert in relevant therapeutic areas, providing expert medical and scientific input on clinical development programs for both internal teams and external customers.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on study design, protocol development, and patient recruitment strategies.* Provide strategic medical and scientific input for **psychiatry/neurology**-related consulting projects.* Drive awareness of Premier's leadership in the **psychiatry/neurology** space by participating as a SME in marketing activities and scientific engagement opportunities. **What we are searching for:*** An MD with a board certification in **psychiatry/neurology** and at least 3-5 years of clinical practice experience.* A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in the clinical development, preferably within a sponsor organization.* Expert-level knowledge of **psychiatry/neurology** (see above) drug development (device experience is a plus) and GCP regulations.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.* A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a commitment to upholding industry ethics and scientific standards. *Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized* ***starting****base pay for this role is $275,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
