Job description:Warehouse Associate (Summer)- Ideal position for high school and college students on summer break. Pays $17/hour. Warehouse and distribution associate positions available for receiving, selection, processing, and exception workSchedule:Full-time Monday - Friday (7 am to 3:30 pm) must be available for overtime as neededEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack merchandise, supplies, equipment, etc. ordered by customers. Replenish inventory after product is removed.Prepare and/or verify order invoices and/or other paperwork as required.Remove completed picked/packed merchandise from the picking line.Sort product by store or transfer to the loading area.Help with inventory by counting products as needed.Handle damaged merchandise by following proper damaged merchandise procedures.Maintain clean work area.Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.May need to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.Requirements:Requires basic math and reading skills.Ability to speak, read, and comprehend work instructions in English.Able to work at a fast pace.Must demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team.Experience in warehouse / distribution operation is preferred.
