The Impact You'll Make

As a Ford Certified Technician , your expertise ensures that everything from rugged trucks (F-150) to electric vehicles (Mustang Mach-E) runs at peak performance and safety. You will deliver transparent, top-tier automotive service to the local community.

What You'll Do

Diagnose & Repair: Utilize factory tools, technology, and service bulletins to fix complex mechanical issues.
Routine Maintenance: Perform high-precision oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
Multi-Point Inspections: Provide clear, honest recommendations to service advisors and customers .
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving Ford vehicle technology.

What You'll Bring

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician .
Certifications: Ford Certification not required but preferred; Senior Master Technician status preferred.
- System Knowledge: Strong understanding of EcoBoost engines, hybrid/electric drivetrains, and advanced driver-assist systems.
- We also work on plenty of old school Fords, so knowledge of those vehicles will be needed.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  Responsibilities
  - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle problems
  - Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  - Use specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot Ford vehicles
  - Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair options
  - Maintain accurate repair records and reports
  - Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
  Requirements
  - Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles
  - Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures
  - Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
  - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  - ASE Certification is a plus
