Company Description ServiceMaster Restore by QuickResponse is a locally operated restoration service provider specializing in helping residential and commercial clients recover from damage such as water, fire, and mold. Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Airmont, NY. This position is responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and promoting restoration services to residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and following up on leads, conducting in-person visits and presentations, preparing estimates or proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Specialist collaborates with operations and project teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to service delivery and follows up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves participating in local networking events, building relationships with insurance agents and property managers, and staying informed about service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and manage a pipeline of prospects.
Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and partners on service offerings and support internal knowledge sharing.
Candidates should have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships, including networking with insurance and property management contacts.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience in restoration, construction, or related service industries is beneficial but not required.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for client visits are typically required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
