Senior Media Buyer

Owning paid acquisition execution and scaling across Meta, Google, and other channels, the full-time Senior Media Buyer will manage high-volume ad spend, optimize acquisition funnels, and turn performance insights into actionable growth opportunities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day campaign operations across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other acquisition channels Execute daily optimizations including budget allocation, creative rotations, and audience testing Conduct weekly performance analysis to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and/or TikTok Proven experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend in a direct response or DTC environment Strong understanding of attribution, acquisition funnels, and performance measurement High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and performance analysis Professional English communication skills required
