Community Manager

Portfolio Community Manager – Licensed Nevada CAM Colonial Community Management is looking for an experienced, licensed Nevada Community Association Manager to join our team. We are a Nevada-based HOA management company that has been dedicated exclusively to community association management for more than 20 years. We believe good management is more than completing tasks, but also understanding what a Board is trying to accomplish, giving them sound guidance, and helping them find a path forward. Job Description Manage a portfolio of community associations, including: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted management partner for Boards of Directors Prepare for and attend Board and membership meetings Develop and manage annual association budgets Review financials and help Boards understand the financial health of their communities Coordinate vendors, contracts, maintenance, and community projects Conduct property inspections and oversee compliance processes Assist Boards with understanding and following their governing documents, established procedures, and Nevada HOA requirements Track Board directives and follow projects through completionCommunicate professionally and effectively with homeowners, Board members, vendors, and team members Required Current Nevada Community Manager (CAM) certificate HOA portfolio management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of NRS 116 and Nevada community association requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable managing multiple communities, deadlines, and competing priorities Able to work independently while also knowing when to involve leadership, accounting, legal counsel, or other resources Someone who can build productive relationships with Boards without losing sight of management’s professional responsibilities We’re looking for someone who understands that great community management requires both competence and judgment.
