Guaranteed 36 hours/week.RequirementsActive state nursing licenseBLS certification1 year of Medical Surgical experienceFamiliarity with EMR systemsResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care and assess patient needs.Administer medications and monitor patient responses.Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care options.Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.Compliance / NotesBackground checks and drug screenings are required prior to assignment.
