We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Business and Functional Requirements
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder management
- Data analysis
- UAT planning and coordination
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Jira and Confluence
- SQL
- Visio or Lucidchart
- Power BI
- Government or public-sector experience
- Experience with enterprise applications
- CBAP certification
