Gastroenterology Physician

Opportunity:

DO;MD - Gastroenterology

Job Details:

• Participate in 1:4 call rotation or work 3 weeks per month
• Provide 24-hour call coverage plus rounding responsibilities
• Work schedule runs Friday 5pm to Friday 5pm
• Begin daily rounds at 8am and coordinate with PA on call to review patients
• Perform 4-6 outpatient procedures scheduled in endoscopy, typically screening colonoscopies
• Maintain on-call availability throughout day and evening on weekdays
• Provide weekend call coverage with hospital rounding based on patient volume
• Must have active licensure (licensure candidates will not be considered)
• Minimum availability requirement of 1 week per month (7 days) consistently
• NPDB report no more than 2 years old required for consideration
