Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. 5. Collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain high levels of productivity. 6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. 7. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for future reference. 8. Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff members. 9. Staying updated with the latest developments in blown film technology and incorporating them into our maintenance processes. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Technician position should possess the following qualifications: 1. Experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry, with specific experience in blown film processes. 2. Proven expertise in preventive maintenance and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in blown film machinery. 3. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 5.
