• Shift: 16- or 24-hour shifts
• Hours per Week: 36-40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certifications: Active NCLEX, Neonatal NP certification; Georgia licensure preferred
• Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred

What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care to high-acuity newborns in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage and support care for infants requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Support care continuity from admission to stabilization and discharge
• Participate in a structured shift schedule, supporting 24/7 neonatal care coverage
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered outcomes within a community-focused hospital

What You Need:

• Valid State of Georgia Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility
• Active NCLEX certification
• Prior clinical experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
