You'll process transactions accurately, keep lines moving, and use every guest interaction as an opportunity to enhance their experience and drive revenue for the attraction.Transaction ProcessingOperate the Square POS system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficientlyIssue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges promptly and in accordance with company policyBalance the cash register and generate end-of-day financial reports to ensure full accountabilityGuest Experience & Customer ServiceWelcome every guest with energy and enthusiasm, delivering friendly, immersive assistance from the moment they approach your stationProvide clear, confident information about the attraction, pricing, packages, and special offersAddress guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, turning challenges into positive momentsUpselling & Revenue SupportActively promote merchandise, upgrades, add-ons, and bundle deals to maximize each guest's experience and support nightly revenue goalsStay informed on current promotions and confidently communicate them to every guest interactionInventory & Station ManagementMonitor merchandise stock levels and proactively report low inventory to management before it impacts salesAssist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales areaParticipate in regular inventory counts to ensure accurate tracking of all itemsQueue & Flow SupportSupport efficient guest flow by assisting with queue line management and maintaining a positive, high-energy atmosphere throughout your shiftQualificationsWhat You BringExperience operating Square or a similar POS system—or a demonstrated ability to learn new point-of-sale technology quicklyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to stay professional and poised in high-volume situationsNatural ability to engage guests warmly and confidently promote products and upgradesOrganized, detail-oriented, and accountable when it comes to cash handling and end-of-day reportingAbility to stand and move throughout the event area for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs for restocking tasksReliable and consistent attendance throughout the full season—evenings and weekends requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderCompensation & Employment DetailsHourly Rate: $20 hrPursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly pay rate for this position is listed above.Benefits: This position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.Sick Accrual: Employees will accrue paid sick leave as required under Colorado law.Employment Type: Seasonal/TemporaryExpected Season Duration: Late September - Early November 2026Work Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays required during the operational season.This is a seasonal/temporary position with an anticipated end date.
