Technical Representative For OEM And Enterprise Customers

The client is a well-established and fast-growing manufacturer of metal components and custom-engineered parts serving OEM customers across multiple industrial sectors. With approximately 400 employees and continued expansion planned, the business is investing heavily in data centre infrastructure and large enterprise customers, creating strong long-term growth opportunities.

Job Description

• Act as the technical, customer-facing representative for OEM and enterprise customers
• Support new applications and product use cases for custom-manufactured metal components
• Travel regularly to customer sites across Toronto, Scarborough, and Grand Prairie, including data centre locations
• Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into viable manufacturing solutions
• Support new business development through technical credibility and relationship building
• Collaborate with internal sales and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution

The Successful Applicant

• An engineering background (Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Field Engineer or similar)
• Experience working with metal components, custom manufacturing, or engineered products
• Strong customer-facing experience, ideally supporting OEM accounts
• Comfort travelling regularly and working onsite with customers
• Exposure to data centre infrastructure or hyperscale customers (highly advantageous)
• A proactive, commercially minded approach suited to a high-growth environment
