Global Marketing Product Manager

Global Product Manager – Enovis Surgical Location: Austin, Texas (preferred) or remote in the U.S. Reports To: Associate Director, Global Product Management About the Role Key responsibilities include product development, launch, sales training, surgeon education, and product lifecycle management for the upper extremity portfolio (shoulder and elbow arthroplasty). The role requires upstream global responsibility and collaboration across cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage product development initiatives to ensure successful launches. Develop and communicate launch packages and collateral with downstream marketing. Create business plans supporting projects and strategic initiatives. Conduct primary and secondary market research, develop opportunity assessments, and create competitive matrices and messaging. Support long‑term product strategies, road maps, and recommend new product introductions or rationalizations. Collaborate with sales operations, manufacturing, quality, engineering, medical education, legal, regulatory affairs, downstream marketing, and commercial education. Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon KOLs. Perform special projects such as trend research and reporting. Minimum Basic Qualifications Minimum five years product marketing experience including upstream marketing. Medical device industry experience preferred; orthopaedic experience preferred. Sales, downstream marketing or marketing communication experience is a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Life Sciences, or Marketing required. MBA or equivalent preferred. General Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement skills. Project management and excellent communication. Comfortable working in varied environments including cadaver lab and office settings. Ability to interpret technical instructions and manage multiple products rapidly. Travel Requirements Up to 40% domestic and international travel, including overnight and out‑of‑town stays.
