Construction Project Manager
Manage tenant improvement and open-store remodel projects from initial planning through successful completion. Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation to keep projects moving efficiently. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders. Partner closely with field teams to keep projects on schedule and ensure key milestones are met. Work collaboratively with project teams to identify ways to improve processes, strengthen project delivery, and take on greater responsibility.
Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager within the construction industry. Previous experience with tenant improvement (TI) and/or open-store remodel projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Comfortable managing multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ambitious and motivated to grow into broader project leadership responsibilities.
Salary range: $90,000-$115,000 (flexibility within approved range based on experience). Structured training and development program with a clear path for career progression.
