About Our Agency: Our agency opened in 2018, and our team of 4 works together to create a positive, supportive environment where both our customers and team members feel valued. As a second-generation State Farm agent, insurance has always been a part of my life, and I'm passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. I attended Central Michigan University and am married with one child. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and keeping up with my active child. Giving back to our community is important to us. We participate in a back-to-school backpack drive, Thanksgiving events, local Chamber activities, and other community outreach opportunities throughout the year. We offer PTO and strive to maintain a fun, encouraging workplace where teamwork and positivity are a priority. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
