Quality Control Technician

We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to support both the In-Process Inspection and Final Sample departments. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, supporting inspection activities, and communicating effectively with engineers, management, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have QA experience in a technical role. A strong understanding of quality systems and ISO 9001 standards is essential.

• Support In-Process and Final Sample inspection activities
• Review and update inspection masters, SPC information, and related documentation
• Communicate defects and quality concerns to engineers and management
• Perform product sorting and special inspections as needed
• Conduct weekly clean room particle counts and post results
• Use measuring equipment such as microscopes, WEP testers, height gauges, and weighing scales
• Assist manufacturing, inspection, and shipping teams
• Analyze internal quality issues and support problem resolution
• Follow ISO standards, department procedures, and safety requirements

• QA experience in a technical role or 4 years of team lead experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Blueprint reading and measuring equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma required; A.A.S. in Mechanical Technology or related field preferred
• Experience in a molding environment preferred
