Country Sales Manager

Owning direct sales execution in the Uzbekistan market, the full-time Country Sales Manager will build a personal pipeline, develop a network, and close deals for the company's Voice AI product while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects in target verticals, running the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Leverage and expand personal network to generate qualified leads and represent the company at local industry events Provide market feedback and report on pipeline status, forecasts, and deal progress to the COO and product team Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals Prior experience selling technology products, ideally in AI, voice/conversational AI, or SaaS Fluency in Uzbek and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency with modern CRM systems and sales technologies Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred but not required
