License Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and our employees have the necessary resources to provide exceptional service.

Administrator Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operation of the facility, including staff supervision, budgeting, and policy implementation
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote the facility and its services
• Analyze and report on operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Administrator Requirements:

• Experience in a healthcare administration role
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, and develop strategies for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
