Assistant Service Manager/Assistant Maintenance SupervisorLegend Management Group is a 100% fully COVID-19 vaccinated company and has a mandatory vaccination policy in place.As our Assistant Service Manager/Assistant Maintenance Supervisor you will assist in overseeing the overall appearance and maintenance needs of our apartment community. You will assist the Service Manager with apartment turns, general maintenance repair, HVAC repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and help maintain curb appeal. You will report to the Service Manager.Salary Range: $28.62-$34.28/Hour based on experience with $5,000 annual bonus potentialYou Will:Work with the service and office team to provide exceptional customer service to resolve all maintenance related issues to the satisfaction of our residentsLead by example and be a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with our core valuesShow care and concern for our residents through follow ups and completion of their apartment service requestsResolve maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairManage records of activity in maintenance software systemManage the make-ready and apartment turnover process so apartments can be leased, and new residents can move inPreserve the value of the building by working on preventative maintenance programsPreserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenanceSustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property componentsAssist Service Manager with improvements/services, including the bidding processAssist Service Manager to maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricingMaintain and monitor inventory within budgeted guidelinesWork weekends or evenings and be on-call for after hour emergenciesAssist Service Manager with team schedules, move in/move out schedules, prioritizing service requests.Commit to professional development, stay up to date with industry trends and changes, and attend trainingYou Have:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of facilities, residential, or multi-family maintenance experience (supervisory experience a plus)An HVAC, EPA certification (CFC Universal)Reliable transportation and valid Driver's LicenseThe ability to exert up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditionsEnjoy A Variety of Perks and Benefits Including:Great compensation package and bonus plan100% employer-paid health insuranceDental & Vision InsurancePaid time off - holidays, vacation, sick, administrative, and bereavementCompany matched 401KApartment rent discountTuition AssistanceAbout Us:Legend Management Group is an apartment management group with communities in Maryland and Virginia that has served the area's most discerning residents for over 35 years.
