Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical/Orthopedics (Days)

St. Joseph Healthcare in Bangor, Maine is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a 13-week Med-Surg/Orthopedic assignment. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care while following hospital policies and Maine Board of Nursing standards.

Key Requirements:

• Active Maine RN license
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS required within 30 days of hire)
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Location: St. Joseph Healthcare, Bangor, Maine
• Note: Travelers living within 50 miles of the facility will receive a $10/hour lower local rate.
