Primary Care Physician – New York, NY (Fertility Clinic)

Location: New York, NY (Manhattan)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (on-site)
Salary: $210,000 – $250,000/year, plus performance-based bonus
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are mandatory. Full-time = 3 weekdays plus Sat/Sun; part-time = any preferred number of weekdays plus Sat/Sun.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active New York State medical license (required).
• Board Certified.
• New graduates welcome; at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in comprehensive primary care, women's health, and reproductive health assessments.
• Enthusiastic, excellent communicator, team-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to commute to NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and reproductive health care to patients in a fertility clinic setting.
• Conduct initial consultations, assessments, and physical examinations.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the fertility team.
• Coordinate with specialists and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and team meetings.
